Organizational Strengthening

ACT supports the processes of organization of indigenous authorities and the formulation of their community Life Plans for the purpose of consolidating policies, strategies, programs, projects and investment plans, as well as the promotion of the participation of indigenous and peasant communities in the formulation of public policies and development plans. 

• ACT supports four indigenous associations:  Tandachiridu Inganokuna (Inga Indigenous Community of the Caquetá); Nukanchipa Atunkunapa Alpa (Inga Indigenous Community of the Baja Bota Caucana); Consejo Regional del Orteguaza Medio Caquetá - CRIOMC (Koreguaje Indigenous Community); and Asociación de Cabildos Indígenas Siona - ACIPS (Siona Indigenous Community). 
• Support provided to the indigenous communities Uitoto (Caquetá) and Kichwa (Puerto Leguízamo, Department of Putumayo) in the formulation of their Life Plans.
